so i got these chicken bouillon cubes from my parents. you use them to make broth. i browned some ground turkey, and while that was happening, i made the broth and cut up some veggies (cucumbers and.. some asian vegetable, i don't know what it's called). once the turkey was browned, i turned up the heat, added garlic, put in the chopped up veggies, stirred a little bit, then added the broth, and covered. so the veggies got boiled/steamed, and the meat cooked more in the juices. pretty good, and an easy way to cook meat and veggies in one pan.
