i can't stand stuff like this. what about the parents? how about the parents discourage their kids from drinking sugary drinks, ffs??
ulterior motive for posting this: i get pissed off whenever i'm around kids who can't sit still or stfu in quiet, public places. but they're kids. maybe they've got ADD.. or more likely, their parents just feed them junk food to get them to shut up temporarily. i totally put on my judgmental cap when i see rowdy kids in public :-[
oldskool breaks.. total dork.. gotta love it.

some foofy comment: "This is a small example of how impatient and enraged we have beome as a society. People getting shot in the movies and in their cars because of road rage is not acceptable"
shooting someone is a little extreme, yeah.. but how come this commenter isn't saying something like, "this is an example of how inconsiderate we have become (i won't say 'as a society' here, because that's part of the foofiness). people talking in movies and being terrible drivers is not acceptable."?
i haven't updated in a while, huh.
anyway, i was listening to this song that reminded me how it bugs me when people say "you and i" when they should be saying "you and me".
the song in question is called "gravity", by embrace.
"and then i looked up at the sun and saw the sky
and the way that gravity pulls on you and i, on you and i"
no. ok, maybe it's acceptable because it rhymes, for artistic purposes. plus, directly before those two lines, they sing:
"and then i looked up at the sun and i could see
oh the way that gravity turns on you and me"
do they know which way is correct? does it matter to them? i'm very concerned.
