the beef that i had was very generic.. not the greatest quality, almost rubbery at times. so yeah, maybe they're just trying to hide the lack of quality in the ingredients. any way you look at it, it's just a sad situation.
maybe if more people started saying "not too salty, not sweet if it doesn't need to be" when they order.. restaurant owners would get the idea?
there definitely are chinese restaurants that are more authentic.. just, not in the vista area.. lol..
